8. Refund Policy

You cannot get a refund on courses outside the 14 calendar day cooling off period. By starting your course you are deemed to have begun your course and to have acknowledged that your right to cancel your course and receive a refund will be lost.

Refunds and Cancellation

Once you have started streaming you are deemed to have started the course and refunds are not possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
